On November 17, 2016, the 2016 New Mexico Top Hat Awards dinner was held by the New Mexico Hospitality Association. Total Management Systems hotels and employees had a total of six nominations.
Olga Ortiz – breakfast attendant at the Barcelona Suites was a finalist for Front of the House Food & Beverage.
Daniel Luna – sales assistant for Fairfield Inn and Suites and TownePlace Suites Albuquerque Airport, was a finalist for Front of the House Hospitality.
Mark Shott – Assistant Manager for Home2 Suites by Hilton Albuquerque/Downtown-University was a finalist for Front of the House Hospitality.
Brianna Yazzie – Sales Administrative Assistant for the Hilton Garden Inn – Gallup, NM was a finalist for Front of the House Hospitality
William “Jason” Andaloza -Night Auditor at Home2 Suites by Hilton Albuquerque/Downtown-University was a finalist for Back of the House Hospitality.
Hilton Garden Inn Gallup was a finalist for Hotel of the Year.
