Joesolie Ramos, as an award winner, was selected based on her leadership skills, outstanding revenue results, superior customer service, and community involvement.
One example of her outstanding performance is her willingness to share the tools to make her team more successful. Joesolie goes above and beyond to nurture talent on her team. She created an internal website for her sales managers to access resources, monitor training, progress, and goals. Joesolie Ramos has been with Total Management Systems Inc. since November of 2018. Joesolie began her career with Marriott in January 2012 while attending NM State University. However, she also knew that she wanted to be a part of the management team at the Courtyard by Marriott Las Cruces at NMSU. After coming onboard, she played a vital role in helping implement the partnership between the hotel and the NMSU HRTM program at the school.
