Albuquerque, NM – July 9, 2025 – Total Management Systems (TMS) is proud to celebrate the incredible achievements of two of our team members who have been honored with top distinctions at this year’s Marriott Select Brand (MSB) Awards.
The awards ceremony took place this week at the Marriott Marquis in Washington, D.C., where Marriott recognized top-performing associates across the country for their exceptional contributions to hospitality.
Brianna Delgado, Assistant General Manager at Courtyard Las Cruces at NMSU, has been named Operations Manager of the Year for the Courtyard brand. Brianna’s dedication to excellence, her leadership in driving operational performance, and her ability to inspire and empower her team have set a new standard of excellence within our organization and the Marriott brand.
Nora Apachito, of TownePlace Suites Albuquerque Airport, has been recognized as Team Member of the Year for the TownePlace brand. Nora’s hard work, reliability, and unwavering guest-first attitude make her a cornerstone of her team. Her recognition is a reflection of the passion and pride she brings to work every single day.
Both awards are part of Marriott’s annual MSB Awards, which highlight top-performing individuals across the country within Marriott’s select-service brands. These recognitions are highly competitive and represent the highest level of performance and leadership within the brand family.
In addition, Courtyard by Marriott Las Cruces at NMSU also won MSB Silver Circle Award, which is given to the top 15% of the brand’s Intent to Recommend score based on Guest Satisfaction Surveys.
