During the Covid19 Pandemic we are committed to providing you a safe place to stay during your travels.

We are following state guidelines in order to keep you safe.

We are implementing the following:

*We are requiring our employees and guests to wear masks.

*Temperature checks for our employees before they start work.

*We are encouraging guests to our digital key/mobile key when available to ensure a contactless stay

*We are reducing the frequency of our cleaning of guest rooms for the guest and employee’s safety.

*We are installing hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel.

*We will provide wipes in our fitness center.

*We will move away from Buffett breakfasts to grab and go pre-packaged items.

In addition we are following CDC cleaning standards of all guest rooms.

2019 Top Hat Awards

 

Congratulations to Gloria John for winning the 2019 Top Hat Award for Front of the house food and beverage.

 

Gloria John has been employed at the Quality Inn and Suites in Gallup, New Mexico for the past four years.  Every day, she goes out o f her way for our guests.  Her customer service exemplifies what we teach our associates every day – “Go above and beyond for our guests”.    She is an example for all of our associates at Total Management Systems, Inc.

 

Gloria John always goes above and beyond what is expected of her, she love her position and it shows.  Our guest are always impressed by her great customer service and professionalism, which keeps them coming back time after time again asking for her by name.  Walking into the breakfast room is like being welcomed into her home, she greets you with a warm smile that lights up the room.  Gloria John is the definition of Hospitality!

 

On November 6, she earned her top hat award and we are proud to have her as part of our company.
