ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. JUNE 18, 2026 – New Mexico-based developers Brad Allen, Lance Sigmon, and Prakash Sundaram congratulate the ownership, development, and project teams on the successful opening of the 128-room Marriott AC Hotel Denver RiNo at 3680 Brighton Blvd., Denver, Colorado 80216. The hotel officially welcomed guests on June 18, 2026, after 18 months of construction.

The project was led by hotel developer Prakash Sundaram, alongside development partners Brad Allen, Lance Sigmon of Allen Sigmon Real Estate Group, Alliance Investments, and Hamant Patel of Lotus Hotels. Their efforts, together with the support of investors, lenders, contractors, and hospitality partners, helped bring the project from vision to reality.

“The land for this project was purchased in February 2019, and progress was later interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Prakash Sundaram. “This opening is the result of the development team’s hard work, perseverance, and commitment to seeing the project through.  We want to thank our investors for their patience in sticking with us on this fantastic project.”

Key contributors included Carlsbad National Bank, which provided financing for the development, Bristlecone, whose construction team delivered the project, KTGY Architects, Graniti Vicentia for interior design, and Marriott International, whose partnership brought the AC Hotels brand to Denver’s River North Arts District (RiNo).

Located in one of Denver’s most active and evolving neighborhoods, the AC Hotel Denver RiNo represents the culmination of months of planning, coordination, and collaboration among a diverse group of partners. The development brought together expertise across hospitality, construction, finance, and operations, reflecting the collective effort required to successfully open a hotel of this scale.

Project leaders expressed appreciation for the many individuals and organizations involved throughout the process, recognizing the contributions of development partners, investors, lending institutions, Marriott International, construction teams, and others whose support helped make the project possible.

The opening marks an important milestone for the ownership group and project partners and serves as another example of what can be accomplished through strong partnerships, shared goals, and a long-term commitment to hospitality development.
