Total Management Systems, a hospitality management and development company, is excited to celebrate their 30th anniversary. While the organization’s roots began in 1980 when T.M. Sundaram purchased their first hotel in Gallup, the management and development company officially began in 1994. Now, they operate 11 properties in New Mexico and are positioned for future growth.
The company celebrated 30 Years of Excellence during 2023 Annual Leadership Conference with all leadership team across their hotel portfolio. The event was held at Home2 Suites by Hilton Albuquerque Downtown/University. During the conference, Total Management Systems provided presentations about leadership, revenues & trends, hotel budget, and more. The tradition of acknowledging great talents, top performing hotels, and employees who go above and beyond was also celebrated by giving out awards.
