Groundbreaking Home2 Suites Ceremony, Nov. 6th from 10 to 11 a.m. – Longtime residents of New Mexico, Prakash Sundaram, President of Total Management Systems, and Brad Allen and Lance Sigmon, owners of Allen Sigmon Real Estate Group, are committed to promoting local business throughout New Mexico.
From the White Sands National Monument to Holloman Air Force Base and everything in between, the city of Alamogordo attracts many visitors throughout the year. In order to keep these visitors and their business in Alamogordo, Prakash, Brad, and Lance have teamed up on their third joint venture and second Hilton project to develop a 90-unit, 4-story Home2 Suites located right off of the Alamogordo Relief Route, Highway 54 at 3550 Mesa Village Drive, Alamogordo, NM 88310. The hotel will consist of a spacious lobby overflowing into an outdoor seating area with a fire pit and barbecue, an outdoor pool, large fitness area, guest laundry room, marketplace, business center and a meeting room perfect for not only guests, but for the community to use for special occasions and/or events. Equipped with an apartment-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchen sink, convection microwave, and all kitchen utensils, these green-friendly hotel rooms will be suitable for both weekend and week-long travelers.
The hotel will be managed by Total Management Systems, an Albuquerque based company with 29+ years of experience, currently owning and managing nine hotels throughout New Mexico. Prakash, Brad, and Lance are excited to bring the first Home2 Suites product to Alamogordo with an anticipated opening at the beginning of 2021.
